I am baking my mother's yogurt tart/cake recipe; 4 eggs; one small yogurt (save yogurt container to measure remaining ingredients);  one yogurt container vegetable oil; 2 yogurt containers sugar (i used 1 /12 measurement); 1 container flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder. mix it all well (about 20 minutes). goes on 350 oven for about 30 minutes - it depends on the oven - it's light, creamy  and so, so yummmmmy!

enjoy it with coffee or tea....
